iPhone X iTunes Freezing/Blank Screen

Hi,

I've got a brand new iPhone (256) and set it up yesterday. I am having an issue with iTunes. When I select the icon, a black screen appears and after about 15-30 seconds the iPhone automatically returns to the main ios screen (the one with all the icons).

When I use app switcher, I can sometimes (not all the time) get iTunes to open up, but when it does, it freezes and I can't do anything within iTunes.

Any ideas? Anyone else having this issue.

Update. Spent some time with Apple Support. After trying a few things, I had to do a factory reset and then a restore. This seems to have fixed the issue.
