iPhone X little bar below thr signal/battery indicator after recent firmware update

As seen in the picture that little bar indicating you can swipe down to bring the control Center, is there a way to remove it?

Nothing you can do about it. I could be wrong, but I believe it goes away after a little while (especially if you use control center here and there, and in particular from the lock screen).
