Apps are opening up quicker and Face ID? It’s like night and day....it’s working in a fraction of the time now. This was one of the bigger reasons I was thinking about upgrading and now I’m not sure I need to. Face ID is way quicker for me now.

Agreed, especially because Apple swapped out my almost 2 year old X two weeks ago because of a swelling battery. Now I have a "brand new" X with 100% battery health and perfect screen.
