So I will be buying the iPhone x in the next week. And even though there is no carrier free versions, I do see that you can now buy the Verizon and AT&T version without tying it directly to a carrier if you pay in full. My question is, I want to use it on straight talk, which is the better version to buy for this. Both Straight talk verizon and Straight talk at&t sims work great in my area. Although at&t gets better coverage where I live. Has anyone had any experience with this, which one should I buy for use with straight talk? Thanks.

If you buy the Verizon version you can use it with either sim. AT&T will only work on ST AT&T.

Ok I wasn’t sure. I heard this is the case but some have said you have to still have a Verizon account, to enter first and then you can use a att SIM card.
