iPhone X iPhone X printing wrong size when printing letters/pictures

title says it all. My iPhone X prints documents in bold - large text and pictures come out on less than half a sheet of standard copy paper. It’s pretty frustrating, because I can’t find any settings to adjust. I also use this on the go for my business, and I print shipping labels off paypal perfectly fine. Does anyone know how to fix this issue with pdf or jpeg files?

I had this problem with my HP printer. All documents were printing on 4x6 photo paper. What was happening is it was using the last setting I used for printing. Had to reset paper size at the printer. Opened the paper drawer and a message popped up to select the size of paper.
