IPhone X randomly no response

The no response happenly randomly at different situation and few times a day, each take around 5 minutes and wait until the circle logo comes out for awhile then it would back to menu. Even power bottom has no response when it happens.

I use the dot shortcut menu and I could click the dot but none of the option works when no response happens.

Any idea how to solve this? Thanks.

If you restart the device yourself, does that get it working?
