Hello guys,
I'm new to this forum and I need your help.
So i started noticing that my iPhone X doesnt ring when i set a timer or an alarm (very bad cause i didnt wake up). It only vibrates and shows the alarm on the home screen. I have deactivated do not disturb and my phone is at full volume. So after a while i noticed that the entire sound doesnt work anymore, so when i play a video on youtube or spotify the speaker doesnt make any sound. When i restart the phone everything works again. But still it's very annyoing that i cant trust my phone anymore when i need an alarm...
I also connected my iphone to itunes and made a factory reset but still the problem began shortly after again.
Does anyone know about this problem? is there a solution? I may consider going to the genuis bar but i dont know how to show them the problem because when i restart the phone it works again... and i also dont want to pay hundreds of euros to get the problem solved.
Thanks for your attention.
