Hello,
I need reconnect flex cable from old ear speaker to new one.
I don't know how to disassemble flex cable from old speaker.
Can anyone help me?

I just answered your question on the iFixit Forum but for the benefit of others, here it is again:

The proximity sensor is soldered onto the ear speaker (the two gold pads). If you aren't equipped to do this kind of micro-soldering,you should order an ear speaker that has the proximity sensor pre-installed, like this one.
