iPhone x save images from desktop to iphone

Dear folks
Can i copy images from my desktop to my iphone X ?
I am using an app called gocanvas for my work and i need to upload images through that app and images needs to be saved on iphone storage

Well, you have to use something right? Or what sort of a solution were looking for?

OP is looking to be able to do something along the lines of having the iPhone attach as a drive, opening the drive and then dragging and dropping his images where he wants them. End result, being that they appear on the iPhone's storage.

That isn't possible with the iPhone. And even with a jailbreak it's been less and less doable since iOS 9.

Well, that's somewhat different. Not sure I got that from the OP even after I asked a clarification question about it.
