I was using my phone in the dark today and when I was at the key pad screen, i noticed the top left side of the screen has some weirld and darker colour. This issue only happens with this stock wallpaper and in the dark. Anyone has the same issue with this?

Why would you suggest it would have anything to do with burn-in? Do you even know what burn-in means? Burn-in is not something you can show on this forum by posting a screenshot 
Anyways, it seems to be a glitch related to the software that's blurring the background. It happens on my iPhone X as well, and it happens with several of the new wallpapers.
