Iphone X screen won't turn off

this happens after i use the phone and expect it to turn the screen off.
it's on 30 sec.
but the screen never turns off.
tried hard boot 3 times.
any ideas??

With the iPhone X you have a function called attention awerness. If you keep looking at the phone it won’t turn off as it’s what the feature’s supposed to do.

I know. It has nothing to do with it..
I hope nothing os wrong with the sensors.

I encountered this kind of behavior, full iPhone restore helped (reboot does not).
