iPhone iPhone X shuts down and stays shut

Is this hardware of iOS13 issue?

I received replacement iPhone X 3 weeks ago from Apple.
I upgraded to iOS 13 about 2 weeks ago.

Now out of nowhere my phone just shuts down and does not restart and stays shut until pressing power and up volume button.

Anybody else experiencing similar issue on iPhone X?

It might be battery issue. Go to settings -> Battery -> Battery Health to see if any unexpected shutdown warnings displayed there.

Battery health is 100%

So i just went to Apple store and confirmed that this is a bug. And the phone actually does not turn itself off. It is the screen the permanently goes off until the phone is restarted.
