Hello! Today while I was cleaning my iPhone I felt like it’s side button has become (or has been since forever but I didn’t notice) a bit mushier than volume keys. The difference is very subtle but it is there. I am outside city so I can’t go to Apple store to see a genius about this issue I’m having. Is the side button really having a bit softer “click” to it because of the larger size or every button clicks and feels exactly the same for you?

It’s not abnormal to have a different consistency with the side button having a different tactile feedback. There’s of express their concerns some of the years, and I don’t believe it’s been an issue. The only thing you really can do, is have Apple inspect it if you think it’s a problem or becomes worse.
