I've disabled tap to wake, as it kept turning the screen on when I was holding the phone, and I'd accidently stop or fast forward music or podcasts.
Anyway, my side button normally wakes up the phone from one push but quite often it does nothing. I wait a second or two, push it again, and Apple Pay pops up, so I know the phone has registered the first push but hasn't done anything.
I've reset my settings and done a hard reset, but it keeps happening. Is anyone else having this issue or ideas?
