I'd really like to install the iOS 11.1 update to try out reachability, however whenever I try to do it my phone says I can't install the update until the phone is finished restoring from iCloud backup. How long is this supposed to take. I have a **** ton of pictures but they are all stored in iCloud with photo storage optimization on on the phone. Under storage and usage, iCloud photos are at 1%, which is a new feature to iOS 11 and I'm not even sure what that means. I've been on a wifi connection for days and still no resolution to the restoring from backup matter. Any other thoughts? Still downloading photo thumbnails?

You know that your device will only continue to update when it's connected to wifi and charging right? If you are walking around with the phone off the charger, it's doing nothing.

I went into iCloud in my device and just stopped restoring from iCloud. It seems there was 300kb or so holding everything up. Who knows what that was. All is well now.
