Hi,

For some reason, after restarting my iPhone after updating iOs, all I get is a white background-color upon starting my upon and 'swipe up to recover'. I've tried several times, and I can get past this message. Once it completes, it's stuck, and nothing happens.

I've Googled all sorts of ideas, but I can't figure this one out... ideas?

I see most suggestions to solve this involve restoring the phone using iTunes. Problem is, the phone doesn't show up in iTunes on my MB Pro, nor on my Windows laptop. Also tried switching USB cables without any luck.
[doublepost=1530382405][/doublepost]Solved...finally. :) If anyone experience the same issue, you'll need to hold the side button past the Apple logo before the restore functionality in iTunes appears.

Also: did you try the hard reset?

In rapid order:
- Volume up
- Volume down
- Side button until the Apple logo appears?
