Hey guys I just downgraded my girlfriends iPhone X last night to 11.3.1 for the upcoming jailbreak now it’s stuck in respring. Tried to soft reset it. It just keeps spinning.

Haha no she didn’t ask lol. But I finally got it back to working. I do have the tvOS beta installed to block updates. Maybe that’s what’s doing it?For your sake I hope she's the one that asked for you to downgrade it, lest she downgrade you as a result!
