iPhone X iPhone X Videos keeps freezing

any one else with an iPhone X having problems while watching iTunes downloaded movies.
I’ve downloaded movies to my phone that I purchased true iTunes and they keep freezing while watching them on my iPhone X
How can I fix this it’s driving me crazy.

Descibe with more detail. Any movie streamed through iPhone should play fine. Unless you have a slow connection.
