iPhone X iPhone X & XS Video Recording Terrible Quality After iOS 12 Update??

I filmed a video today with my XS Max and it looked terrible while my regular X did the same thing after updating and it looks like the video isn't processed correctly or something.
While I had zero problems before the iOS 12 Update.
Too much video noise or some kind of processing. I zoom in the videos and the quality is very strange. It looks dull and also at times like some kind of blur effect.
My iPhone 7 Never had that problem and neither the Note 3

There’s no iOS 12 update that’s not beta. Get off the beta.

The video on my new Xs looks great but louder sounds play back as a garbled metallic sound. Does anyone else have this issue?
