Hey there I recently ran into issues with my iPhone XS where I think I may have gotten a bit of water damage on it with my hands were wet no I’m not quite sure I’ve done this before my phone was fine point being now my phone is off and I believe I put it into the restore mode now every time I connected to my computer it gives me the error code 4013? Now when I connected to my iTunes and Mac it’s showing an issue. It’s updated both iTunes and mac. The phone is water resistant I understand . Is it possible when I plugged it in to charge without drying it it damaged the port? And now it’s not recognizing my devise
Anyway to test this without opening phone, and then next steps to fix a code 4013 :)? And what parts would need replacing or were to start? TIA

.
So likely it’s the charging port damage ? Not mother board ? Many thanks
