iPhone Xs issues with iOS 12.2 - can I downgrade?

Dear community,
Ever since I moved to 12.2 I have issues with the iPhone. One of the weird things is that when the wi-fi is off in the menu it shows on on the main screen, you go back to setting and it is off, in the home screen it is on. Crazy. Many others things too.
is it possible to rollback to the previous version still?

No. Apple has stopped signing 12.1.4

Do a backups and try the recovery mode to “Update” using iTunes to see if it will solve the issue
