I have a problem with the iPhone XS MAX that the iPhone restarts automatically after 2 minutes, and so every 2-3 minutes. The battery was re-ordered new, but it turned out that the battery is ok. I thought about it for a long time and wrote that it is a game, but I would be wrong, because the installation is quite easy and not very profitable.

Have you taken the phone to Apple for a diagnosis? Have you done a full restore without restoring from Back-up?
I downloaded ios from iTunes and installed it via a lightning cable but it still did not help
My iPhone 6+ I used to use (for 5-1/2 years) was rock solid for 4-1/2 years then occasionally would respring (auto reboot) out of the blue. It did that maybe 5 times over the span of a couple months then never did it again. Original battery in good health.
Yes, but it didn't help. I will add that in DFU mode, the iPhone does not turn off during DFU mode
Huh... well, that's the extent of a fix. Normally a DFU mode iPhone and reinstalling the OS from iTunes without a back-up solves 90% of issues.
