Hi everyone,
I recently replaced the back glass and front screen for a customer on an iPhone XS MAX. The phone was working perfectly fine for the following few days, however, the customer came back to me complaining about the phone restarting every 3-5 minutes now. I have checked the phone, however, couldn't find any faults, broken parts or loose connections. I looked at the analytics data under settings but not sure how to interpret it. It does say in the list that nCORE1 is the one that panicked. Not sure what this means though. The battery health is on 82% but I couldn't test with a new battery since I just ran out of them for this model. Anyone has suggestions on what it could be. I have attached a photo of the panick list.
Thanks for any help.
