Got my iPhone yesterday, was working great. Woke up this morning, still kinda dark, and phone started flickering in random squares in random apps. Its not reproducible. Its kinda random. Tried rebooting etc. Seems to happen more when its more in a darker environment. Any thoughts? Probably just call Apple and have them cross-ship me one since I don't live near an Apple Store.

Absolutely, you should have this replaced. Do a backup of your data first while you still can in case this issue gets worse.
