All the iPhone models this year have 120hz refresh, is this the same thing as ProMotion? Is it going to look clear and clean like the iPad Pro when swiping apps? Make sense?

No. It’s just input gestures not refresh rate for the screen.

There aren't any mass produced 120hz OLED screens yet. Just LCD.
