Iphone XS Stuck recovery mode

Hey, i have Iphone XS and yesterday i tried to reset it in recovery mode because it was freezing in passcode screen, and now i cant get out of recovery mode or update and reset my phone via itunes (error 9) and already tried to change usb ports and charger cables and hard reset and restarting nothing is working
Tomorrow i will try with a laptop but im hopeless....
when im trying to reset it via itunes apple logo comes and it will load littlebit more than half and (error 9) popup

Error 9 can also be network/software related. If you’ve set up a firewall or connecting through proxy/VPN, you should make sure that this is not preventing iTunes from connecting to Apple servers remotely. Also you can make sure you're using the latest version of iTunes..

Thanks for helping and i tried with another pc in same network (wifi) and both of them have like only windows defender so i dont know is defender blocking something ... or can it be the wifi
