iPhone Xs won't come up in iTunes

It detects the phone says trust and won't show photos and stuff to sync. I tried updating software no good different cables no use drivers no good..

What can I do to fix this?

Win/Mac? If Win do you have iTunes from Win store or stand-alone install?

Did you transfer all your stuff using iCloud backup ?

That's what I did at first and it was the same mess in iTunes . I finally erased everything and started my set up as a new phone . It's a bore and time consuming but worth it .
