iPhone Xs won’t see my APP?

When I open the case it does not see the case or APP charging. They work, and are connected and I can see the charge when I swipe left on my iPhone look under batteries. I did a disconnect, and hard reset to no avail. They displayed a couple of days ago.

Try hard-resetting the iPhone.

Do you have other IOS devices you can get to see the APP first after forgetting them, before trying to get your iPhone to see them?

No other IOS devices paired with the APP. Tried resetting my IPhone
