How do I know which USB C cable supports higher speed transfer or does all USB C cables do anyway? Does all iPhone 15 support the higher speed or just the Pro versions?

Not all USB-C cables support the higher speeds, look for the ones that have USB-C 3.1 or 3.2 in the description. Only the 15 Pro models support the higher speed.

Another slightly simpler way to recognise is to buy those thunderbolt cables with USB-C port. They are generally more expensive, but generally can support high transfer speed.

If data transfer speed is your primary objective.

Then any inter certified thunderbolt cable will do the job it has 40GBPS speed

Just know that those high speed cables are a lot thicker and stiffer than normal cables. That’s a turnoff to me. I have a couple of those and then a ton of normal ones.
