iPhone3G sending pictures to cell phones?

Aloha,
I have an iPhone 3G and I want to send and receive pictures to other cell phones? I need help. I already try'd to use the 10digit@mms.att.net and that does not work. I try'd to send it to another att cell phone the Pantec Matrix and its not working at all. the customer has unlimitted text and pict and video.
I hope someone can help me?

Just wait for the 3.0 software update in a couple of months, it's been confirmed to add MMS functions.

Wait until June. When they release OS 3.0 it will come with MMS capabilities built right into the SMS app.
