iPhone4S doesn't show up in iTunes? HELP!

I have an iPhone4S plugged in to computer, it is charging but it is not showing up in iTunes. This is the first time I am connecting this iPhone4S to iTunes.(New device)

What do I have to do to make the iphone show up in itunes?

What version of iTunes and are you connecting it directly, not through a hub? Does another USB device mount/recognize in another port?

Thank you I fixed it , All I had to do was download an English Version of iTunes
