probably going to get locked. it almost certainly won't be out before the summer, and i would anticipate a fall launching.

i think apple is strategically going for spring releases of new iPads, and fall releases of new iPhones, while phasing out the iPod touches now that you can get an iphone with so many different carriers.

i been told that it released on 17 january next year... no lie !!!!!
but i hope it comes out sooner as its not like a new iphone haz just come out or anything !!!
