I have deleted all messages (spam mail) from my junk folder, yet it says there are 10 unread.
Where are they so I can delete them?

Yet the indication is there permanently that the junk folder has 10 unread!

I am unable to delete the junk folder. Although empty, it now says 15 unread!
Like social injustice, they will not go away, but keep increasing...
