I am using an iPhone 7 with iOS 11 and I am having a lot of battery problems. They are similar to the ones I would get on my iphone 6, which needed a replacement battery. I contacted support and the ran diagnostics, but said it looked fine.
My phone, even with all apps closed, loses about 50% power in 3 hours, when I only have it on the home screen for about 50% of that time, and otherwise sleeping. Sometimes when I turn the phone off and back on, it jumps back up about 2-5%. The only thing that ever stops it from dying is airplane mode.
It also charges very fast. If it is on 3% and I plug it in, it jumps to 7% in less than 30 seconds.
The brightness is normally below 50%.
I am normally connected to cell data because the wifi at my college won't connect to phones.
I only ever have about 3 apps open at once. Youtube, a small game, and Safari.
I do not have low power mode switch on in settings, but I use it through the control panel.
Auto Lock is off
Anyone else have this problem or any suggestions to fix it?
