iPhone7 screen not scrolling

When I type messages in forums I've noticed that the screen doesn't scroll along in line with the cursor, I have to keep swiping the screen along to keep up so I can see what I'm typing.

Is there an adjustment in Settings perhaps?

Was just about to post the same thing. iPhone 5s here. I like to use desktop versions of certain websites and have noticed that when the text box is bigger than the screen, iOS10/Safari will let you just keep typing off the side of the screen. All previous iOSs would shift the screen to keep the cursor on the screen.

Very annoying, hoping not a deliberate Apple "feature," but a bug that Apple will fix soon.
