Apparently there is a Chinese exporter that has managed to get their hands on 500 of them. What is interesting is that they’ve posted a few convincing pictures along with a full list of specs for it.
I wouldn’t advise attempting to purchase one of these. First, I don’t generally trust foreign importers of unreleased goods. Second, if they are real, they’re not going to be the full version that will be released in June. Finally, if these are the real deal, they were likely not procured in a legal manner, which means they are stolen goods, and no one wants to get caught with that.

They look different. I am not sure if it is because of the lighting in the first photo, but the bottom seems to be wider, they seem to be extra buttons, and speakers holes (i assume) not present on the mobile tracker image.

The black surround also doesn't look as shiny on the random site's pics. Would apple have changed the design??

I think they are fake.

EDIT: I had not seen the other thread with the engadget article before i posted this.

Amazingly, both the phone in that picture and the phone sitting on top of the picture are extremely counterfeit, even though they're fairly different from even each other.
