iphoto 08 - syncing events?

Hi

I have iphoto 08, but in itunes it still only seems to let me sync albums. Is this the case? Any idea if the new software is supposed to let you sync specific events?

I don't want all my photos to spring up when the screensaver kicks in, and I'd like to slideshow certain events.

If the new software will do this I'll hold off. otherwise I guess i'll have to move my desired events to albums. seems unnecessary but there you go
