When looking at the tab for syncing photos, if I choose iPhoto, none of my albums appear in the list... I only get the option to sync all, but it also doesn't seem to find them and show how many there are to be sync'd....

The only way to get it to see any pictures is to choose a folder...

Anyone else have this issue?

Mac OS X 10.4.10
iTunes 7.3(54)
G5 iMac
iPhoto albums on external drive

my photo library is, as I stated, on an external drive - where I want it...

Are you saying I need a folder on that drove called "pictures" with the library in it?

Next time, dont make it appear as part of a signature.....

Yes, the photos must be home. However, I believe you can create an alias.

Sorry it looked like the signature - I appreciate the help, but the alias didn't work...

Anyone else have any other thoughts?

Thanks.

Solved!

You were dead on - I had to move my iPhoto Library back to my internaldrive, and re-import the images (without copying them) into the new library.

This is a stupid, stupid thing. iPhoto was perfectly happy with my setup, iTunes couldn't figure it out... STUPID.

This is LAZY programming - I'm really surprised.

Oh well, at least it works now.

Thanks!
