I would like to backup my photo library. If I backup the file Home - Pictures - iphoto Libary to another HD am I right in thinking 'everything' is backed up? Meaning I can restore iphoto 'as it was' before any mishap. With multiple folder/files I can understand how incremental backup works but how can this work with a single iphoto Library file? Do you have t backup the whole xGB file for each additional added photo?

That library file contains everything - just copy it and if it loses it, replace it back where it was (The Library file is actually a directory full of everything, but Mac OS X keeps that hidden)
