Hi all,
a very simple question: after preparing a book in iPhoto is there any way to upload it to Apple without actually using iPhoto?

The reason I'm asking this is that I am stuck on a dial-up connection at home and uploading my 60MB book would take overnight (not to mention potential connection drops) while at work I could use a broadband connection, unfortunately on a Windows pc.
Therefore, I would like to upload the book I have prepared in iPhoto through my pc at work. Any way to do this?

Thanks a lot,

Unfortunately not as far as I'm aware.

You could save it as a pdf and then send it to another photobook provider to print - there were a few mentioned on the Apple forums as doing this although not sure how the quality compares or whether it depends on the size of book that you've chosen.

Is your Mac portable? Could you take it to a wireless hotspot and upload it from there?

Yeah, I have seen some of those web services and was hoping something like that would exist for Apple as well.
I might try bringing my iBook to some hotspots and upload it from there... easy as it might seem I hadn't thought of that 'cause I'm working on iPhoto on my mini!

Thanks a lot!
