Hello,

I have added descriptions to all of my photos in iPhoto. When I upload the album to Picasa Web Albums, the description show up under each picture, which is really slick. However, when I upload the album to MobileMe, I only see the option of showing or not showing the title name. I don't see any way to make the descriptions show up. I tried to rename the title to the description in iPhoto using Batch Change but that was not one of the fields you could set the title to.

Any suggestions how I could address this issue? Thank you.

This is a setting that you can choose in iPhoto or MobileMe web pref's. I am not at my Mac's so sorry I can not be more help. You will find the pref if you look...

Thanks for responding. I checked the preferences in iPhoto and couldn't find any options for the title or descriptions when publishing to Mobile Me. I also looked in Mobile Me but there doesn't look like any preferences menu, just account information. :(

The descriptions are available in the gallery, but only to someone who is willing to drill deeply enough on EACH PHOTO. What you really want to do is to transfer the description to the title for each of the photos in iPhoto. This is not something that "batch change" allows you to do. Instead, it has to be handled with an Apple Script. I am working on one myself right now to do the same thing, and I'd be glad to share it with you when I'm finished.
