iPhone iPhoto doesn't seem to be adding Memories to "My Memories"

Hope you can follow me here... I was having a problem with my AW not showing current photos when I have it set to Dynamic.

It is supposed to show newest memories and update with newer ones on the fly.

I went into Photos -> For Me and was looking at Memories. When I clicked on a memory and rolled to the bottom it would show "Related". There are photo albums that it created that are not in my Memory list. I selected them and selected "add to Memories" Now they show on my "For Me" page.

Any one have any insight to this?
