iphoto download

i'm trying to get a download of iphoto 1.0 - am only finding all the updates. need 1.0: anybody know where i could get this? could it be emailed to me?

You can install it from the Software Restore or OS X install discs that came with your computer.

okay so, i know you'll probably hate me for saying this, but i don't know where the disc is. I have two that look like they would be what i need, (they're green and have no info on the front except for apple software/restore). i'm afraid though that these are for my old computer that only ran on 9. my new mac running on osx i suppose would have different CDs. those of which i couldn't find. i know i know, i'm horrible. is there any other way?

well you could check filesharing networks, I guess. Is downloading free software considered pirating?
