Do you really need to catalog all your pr0n in iPhoto?

You could always create a seperate user account devoted to "sensitive" files...

No... but you can use iPhoto Buddy to create multiple iPhoto libraries - you could put your 'private' pictures into a separate library which I think you can password protect.
