iPhoto Question - Opens with Camera

Is there a way to turn off the option of iPhoto opening when connecting a camera? I prefer to import my pictures using Image Capture but every time I connect my cam to USB iPhoto pops open.

It's a setting in Image Capture -> Preferences -> General.
