Hi,

I'm trying to upload my photos on iCloud and up to a point it's going well but then it stops and stays stuck for days. The only way to get it unstuck is to click the checkmark next to iCloud Photo Library and say Turn Off and then re-enable it again. But it starts from the beginning it's time. So if I'm stuck on 4000 it will say "Uploading 9000" which is the whole library again.

Does anyone know if it will skip the photos already up or will it upload duplicate photos?

Thanks.

Hi, did you ever find out a solution for this? I'm having the same problem. I talked to Apple support, they seemed to do something on their end and basically told me to turn it off and on again, it seemed to work for a bit, but now it's stuck again. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Hey, I didn't I just let it run for a month and eventually it uploaded. Apparently there is a limit on how much you can upload daily. In either number of photos or gb. So if it's stuck just let it run. Try and restart at least once a day to initiate the download process again.
