Either use your recovery media that came with your Mac or re-download from the MAS.

No it does not. iLife apps do not come with OS X.

Probably Not. You have to redownload it from the app store, assuming you activated the iLife apps on your AppleID. If you didn't activate them and did a clean install then I believe you're going to have to purchase them on the App Store.

All the original installation media had a version of iLife... search the USB that came with your MBA for the iLife package. It should be there, I dont know what version of iLife is included though...
