well i picked 74 pictures from my library to be sent out to kodak.
it's about an hour plus and only one third of the pics sent at this rate i'm looking at 3 hours to send these picks...what the living hell
i have a t1 connection
my question is this normal?
or did i have to do something,i usually use shutterfly.....
what a mistake i made by going through iphoto

I've never done that before. But 74 pics at approx 1-2mb each means that is 75-150mb. Which means on a T1 line that should take about 20 minutes.

Yeah, you're getting hosed. Don't bother with iPhoto.

ummmmm interesting....i have a feeling its on their part. Maybe they are busy.
i'm making a book with 40+ pages, and a lot of photos don't want to know the upload time on that

well i'm halfway through now so why stop it now
without a dought shutterfly from now on

I have done several PhotoBooks with iPhoto and never had a problem. The largest one was about 30+Pages. Total upload time was not much longer then 10 min. I'm on comcast cable and was connected through airport extreme.
