Hi, I'm hoping that I'm not the only one having this problem: I Option-click restored to 1.1.4 and ran iPlus 1.2 to jailbreak and activate.
It worked like a charm except for the last part, which installs installer.app and some other things like ssh. So I used iNdependence 1.4 beta 5 to install ssh and fugu to copy installer 3.01 over. Everything works now* except I can't install anything. "Package download failed!"
It's kind of strange, because I usually run into tons of threads regarding a problem, but this time it just seems to be me.
*At first some apps crashed (Safari, Mail), but a fresh sync with iTunes fixed it all. ssh still drops connections after 3 characters, but for some reason fugu works...
