iPlus is a *fully automatic* tool for setting up your iPhone! For Windows and Mac OS X (intel/PPC)
It will downgrade the bootloader, unlock, jailbreak and activate the iPhone. And even better, it will also install the most important and common packages as well as several fixes, with a custom payload for installing other packages.
Bootloader downgrading uses BL 3.9FakeBlank, so it is fully reversible.
Thanks for the Dev Team for the help with the ramdisk issues that made me revise the unlocking/downgrading scheme and lead to this new version. This should take care of the "Repaid Needed" issues.

- Fix for the "Repair Needed" problem reported by some users
- iPlus will always reboot twice (and not 2 or 3 times)

- PC/Mac program will not end until everything is really done
- Support for PPC
- Better error handling
- Empty payloads - just jailbreak
- No need to install libreadline on MacOS X

Just rename the payload file to payload.zip and place it on the iPlus directory and you are ready to use it! Removing the payload file from the iPlus directory can be used to perform a simple jailbreak/activation/unlock (Installer will not be included). Other packages may be later using any tool that rely on the AFC2 interface (ex: iBrickr and iNdependence)

What has changed in 2.0b?
- Much better error handling, in particular for cases where the payload is not correctly downloaded to the iPhone and the whole process end up in a endless spinner loop.
- Cleaner pass 2 report. All of the "can be ignored errors" were taken care of. Now a good run is always a good run.
- Mac OS X users don't need to install libreadline anymore.

Quick FAQ:
Q1: I have just used a previous iPlus 2.0 to prep my iPhone. Do I need to redo it with iPlus 2.0b?
A1: No. There are no functional enhancements to the resulting iPhone. Version 2.0b just enhances the iPlus experience
Q2: I was having problems running iPlus 2.0 on my iPhone. Will this version work for me?
A2: Problems in previous version of iPlus are usually due to bad interactions with iTunes or some invalid configuration on the PC/Mac side. Although this new version may not completely solve your problem, it may provide better information on its' source.
Q3: I'm still geting the "Cannot connect to SSL" error under Mac OS X. Is this a problem?
A3: No, it is not a problem. It can be safely ignored.
